Twitter users were using the hashtag #YouAintNoMuslimBruv on Sunday to express outrage over a stabbing attack in a London subway station.

Scotland Yard said a man, believed to be 29, stabbed three people at Leytonstone underground station in east London on Saturday evening. The attacker shouted “this is for Syria,” according to media reports. The attack is being treated as an act of terrorism, police said.

In a video purporting to be from the incident and posted on social media, a bystander is heard saying, “You ain’t no Muslim, bruv.” The hashtag was trending on Twitter on Sunday morning.
