Yankees cheered by Broadway’s longest-running play

Damn, Yankees rock.

Ask the pinstripes-loving cast of “The Play That Goes Wrong,” who are using their heads to support the Bronx Bombers’ drive toward the World Series.

At the curtain call of the hit comedy, Broadway’s longest-running play, actors all wear official Yankees hats as they take their bows.

An insider at the Lyceum Theatre tells Confidential that the ensemble was met with a standing ovation and people “chanting ‘Let’s go Yankees.’”

We’re told there wasn’t a Mets fan in sight.

The Yankees play the Houston Astros at home again on Monday.
