VENICE BEACH, Calif. The new iPhone 6S is out, and who wants to be first to buy one?

Not this week’s #talkingtechLIVE guests. We asked our guests on this week’s edition of the USA TODAY podcast, and none of our four panelists had any interest in buying one.

“I have the iPhone 6,” says Alex Nocifera of last year’s model. The founder of Local ID, a company that helps businesses keep track of area events, “I only know of two features of any note on the new iPhone, and neither of them makes me want to upgrade.”

Joanna McFarland, a co-founder of kid delivery service Hop, Skip, Drive said she was due for an upgrade from her iPhone 5S phone, “but I’m not getting on that line,” for the new one.

James DeJulio, the founder of Tongal, which connects brands with talented folks in the online world to make video commercials and Samantha Spector from Saloon Box, a subscription cocktail mix and recipe service, offered similar sentiments.

On this week’s show, we also discussed the new, smarter Siri, virtual reality videos on Facebook, why Instagram is growing so fast, and our tech startups guests.
