VIDEO: Kyrie Irving bleeds after getting hit in head by teammate

Another Celtics star is out with an injury.

Kyrie Irving had to leave Friday’s game against Charlotte just minutes in after getting hit in the head by teammate Aron Baynes.

Irving was running in the lane on defense when Baynes went up for a block and came down with his elbow hitting Irving, who was standing behind him, in the face.

Irving immediately fell to the floor and began bleeding from his head.
