Disney finally unveiled “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” the most hyped film in years, in the most dramatic Hollywood premiere in recent memory — just three days before the American public will be making its own Kessel Run to theaters to see it for themselves.
The biggest stars in our galaxy, including the film’s cast, Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher, and A-listers like Steven Spielberg, flocked to three theaters — the Dolby Theatre, the El Capitan and TCL Chinese Theatre — effectively shutting down three city blocks in the heart of Hollywood.
