SEISS, OR the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme, has proven to be one of the more controversial support measures laid out by Rishi Sunak, with many organisations warning the scheme is not fit for purpose. Millions have reportedly been unable to access the scheme due to technicalities and new research has highlighted just how damaged the self-employed community is at the moment.
