Naya Rivera is in the clear after a Thanksgiving weekend spat with her estranged husband landed her in handcuffs in West Virginia.
Domestic battery charges against the “Glee” alum were dropped on Friday, the Kanawha County Magistrate Court’s office confirmed to the Daily News.
Naya Rivera was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

Rivera’s ex, actor Ryan Dorsey, did not want to move forward with pressing charges, according to TMZ.
The actress, 31, was arrested Nov. 25 after she allegedly hit Dorsey in the head during a walk with their 2-year-old son Josey.
Police said they believed she was intoxicated at the time, and a 911 call by Dorsey captured the actor proclaiming Rivera was “out of control.”
Dorsey declined medical attention for a busted lip and a head injury he sustained in the fight, which allegedly broke out during an argument over their son, police said.

“This is a difficult time for everyone in the family especially for Naya and I,” Dorsey said in a statement on Twitter. “This isn’t some reality show, this is our life, and I ask that everyone especially ‘the media’ please respect our privacy and treat us/the situation how you would want a loved one to be treated.”
Shortly after her arrest, Rivera filed for divorce from Dorsey for the second time; she previously filed in November 2016, but dismissed it in October. The couple agreed to share custody of Josey in late December.
