Naya Rivera and estranged husband Ryan Dorsey have struck a temporary cease fire.
The couple has agreed to share custody of 2-year-old son Josey, according to court documents acquired by The Blast.
Dorsey agreed to consult “on all major decisions related to the child’s health, education, and welfare,” according to the filing.
The agreement comes just a few weeks after the “Glee” alum filed for divorce for the second time; she previously filed in November 2016 but dismissed the filing in October.
Rivera, 30, was arrested Nov. 25 for allegedly hitting Dorsey, who recently starred in “Pitch.”
Rivera was recently arrested and charged with domestic battery.

The couple was taking Josey for a walk when Rivera allegedly hit Dorsey in the head, leaving him with a busted lip and a head injury, according to a police report.
Rivera was arraigned on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge and released on a $ 1,000 bond to her father-in-law.
“This is a difficult time for everyone in the family especially for Naya and I,” Dorsey said in a statement.
“This isn’t some reality show, this is our life, and I ask that everyone especially ‘the media’ please respect our privacy and treat us/this situation how you would want a loved one to be treated. Perhaps with kindness, respect, without judgement, and as negative a situation like this is, with positivity and love. Thanks.”
