Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey are splitting up — again.
The “Glee” alum filed for divorce Tuesday, according to documents obtained by The Blast.
Rivera filed for divorce the first time in November 2016, but dismissed the filing in October.
This time, she’s asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Josey.
The 30-year-old actress was arrested Nov. 25 for allegedly hitting Dorsey, who recently starred in “Pitch.”

The couple were taking the toddler for a walk when Rivera allegedly hit Dorsey in the head, though the actor declined medical attention for a busted lip and a head injury, according to a police report.
Rivera was arraigned on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge and released on a $ 1,000 bond to her father-in-law.
“This is a difficult time for everyone in the family especially for Naya and I,” Dorsey said in a statement.
“This isn’t some reality show, this is our life, and I ask that everyone especially ‘the media’ please respect our privacy and treat us/this situation how you would want a loved one to be treated. Perhaps with kindness, respect, without judgement, and as negative a situation like this is, with positivity and love. Thanks.”
