Man sent nude photos of woman to her boss when she left him

A Florida man allegedly submitted photos of himself and a woman having sex to a preschool’s Facebook page because she did not want to see him anymore.

WKMG reports that Giuseppe Garibaldi met the victim through an online dating site back in November, which led to the two forming a friends-with-benefits relationship and having sex about five times.

During the course of their relationship, the 30-year-old allegedly took sexually explicit photos of the woman without her knowing.

When Garibaldi began to suspect she was seeing other people, he reportedly said he would publish the images.

The victim told Garibaldi she didn’t want to go out with him anymore in late December and, the following day, her car was keyed while she was working.

However, lacking proof that it was Garibaldi, she didn’t report the crime.

Garibaldi again allegedly contacted the victim last Thursday to ask if she was dating anyone and suggested he was going to come to her house and break down her door if she didn’t let him inside.

On Friday, Garibaldi allegedly sent several photos to the preschool along with a badly worded message that read, “You teacher’s pics and video of your teacher are all over!”

The images were received by the woman’s boss.

After one of the victim’s friends received the same set of images Saturday, deputies with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office noticed that Garibaldi’s tattoo was visible in one of the images.

Garibaldi was taken into custody Sunday and charged with the misdemeanors of sexually cyber-harassing a person and cyberstalking as well as extortion, a felony.

His first court hearing is set for Feb. 6.
