Luann de Lesseps rejects plea deal after drunken attack on cop

Luann de Lesseps rejected a plea deal and will go to trial next month on charges of resisting an officer with violence.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” turned down a plea deal offered by the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, the Daily News confirmed..

De Lesseps was arrested in late December after being found in a Palm Beach hotel room that wasn’t hers, according to an arrest report obtained by The News.

After the reality star refused to leave, a Colony Hotel security guard called police, who say she was intoxicated and slurring her words.

De Lesseps allegedly locked herself in the hotel bathroom and shoved a police officer who tried to open the bathroom door, then slammed the door in the face of another officer.

She was eventually handcuffed, but was able to escape the cuffs before police got her back in the car while she yelled “I’m going to (expletive) kill you.”

The reality star was charged with one felony, resisting an officer with violence, and two misdemeanors for trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Just before New Year’s, de Lesseps pleaded not guilty.

She also announced that she would be entering alcohol treatment.

“I intend to turn this unfortunate incident into a positive life changing event. Once again, I sincerely apologize for my actions. I have the greatest respect for police officers and the job they do,” she wrote on Facebook.

“My actions alleged in the police report do not reflect my core values and my law abiding character. I am so grateful for the love and support that I am receiving from my family, friends and loyal supporters.”
