The third time wasn’t the charm for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West — they’re already thinking about baby No. 4.
Chicago West, the couple’s third child, was born Jan. 15 via surrogate, but Kardashian is reportedly already set on having the same surrogate help them deliver a fourth.
“Even before Chicago was born, Kim was talking about asking the surrogate to carry the next baby,” a source told People. “She’s so happy with the whole process and thrilled with the surrogate. Kanye was even bonding with the surrogate’s husband in the delivery room.”
The A-list couple are already parents to 2-year-old Saint and 4-year-old North.
Kardashian grew up with a famously large brood — she has two sisters, one brother and two half-sisters.
“Kim definitely wants more kids. She is so happy being a family of five. She wants the family to get even bigger!” the source added.

Kardashian, who suffered medical complications with her first two pregnancies, opened up about her decision to hire a surrogate on her website Thursday, explaining that not physically carrying the baby made no difference in the long run.
“The connection with our baby came instantly and it’s as if she was with us the whole time,” she wrote. “Having a gestational carrier was so special for us and she made our dreams of expanding our family come true. We are so excited to finally welcome home our baby girl.”
Should Kardashian and West opt for a fourth child, the decision would keep the Kardashian baby boom in full swing.
Sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are both expecting their first children in the coming months.
