Bacon and other processed meats can cause cancer according to a recent report from the World Health Organization.

Contrary to popular belief, there is life without bacon.

The World Health Organization (WHO) ignited fear among the masses this week after it was revealed that processed meats like bacon are linked to a variety of cancers.

The crispy breakfast item is not alone — sausages, hot dogs, beef, veal, and lamb were also included on the carcinogenic list.

The damning news arrives less than a month after McDonald’s conveniently rolled out an all-day breakfast menu, which boasts a bevy of culprit ingredients.

It might be time to say goodbye to your $ 3.00 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, and hello to a host of other add-ons that won’t threaten your health.

Switch up your routine with these blogger-approved breakfast ideas.
