Stars — maybe they’re not just like us.
It’s understandable that Beyoncé, one of the most high-profile celebrities on the planet, has to take some extra security precautions when it comes to maintaining her privacy.
Just ask Ed Sheeran, who says the star is tricky to track down, as she changes her email address once a week.
“I have an email address I email (to reach her but it) actually changes every week,” Sheeran told Entertainment Tonight. “So I emailed that and we got on the phone, and (our song) has been in the works since May.”
Beyoncé and the British singer recently collaborated on a remix of his hit song “Perfect,” which Sheeran says they finished recording in September — just three months after the singer gave birth to twins Rumi and Sir.

While the frequent email change may seem like a diva move, it’s not, as many celebrities are known to go to great lengths to keep their privacy intact.
The Sony hack of 2014 revealed a long list of aliases celebrities use (or, used, before they became public knowledge) for mundane tasks like checking into hotels.
Among them were Tom Hanks, who went by either Harry Lauder or Johnny Madrid, Debra Messing, who chose the name Ava Harper and Rob Schneider, who billed himself Nazzo Good.
