“Money Talks” star Charlie Sheen is swinging back at his “extortionist” ex-fiancée.
In a no-holds-barred response to porn actress Brett Rossi’s complaint alleging that Sheen had physically and emotionally abused her, forced her to have an abortion and failed to disclose his HIV status, the “Two and a Half Men” actor’s lawyer used Rossi’s sex-worker past to undermine her credibility — and even accused the actress herself of violent behavior.
“This is a case by an extortionist … who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star,” lawyer Marty Singer wrote in court papers filed Monday and obtained by the LA Times. “Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action.”
Singer further argued that the 50-year-old “Anger Management” star “never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges.” Rather, he claimed, a belligerent Rossi assaulted the actor in jealousy and alcohol-fueled rages at least three times.

As for the adult film actress’ allegation that Sheen had intentionally exposed her to HIV, Singer retorted that “she was the one who insisted on having unprotected sex with Sheen ‘like a normal couple'” after she learned of his diagnosis.
“As a porn star, Rossi has had hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners,” he wrote. “Exposure to sexually transmitted disease is a risk that she knowingly and willingly accepts every time she has sex on film, and she made the same choice when it came to Sheen.”

Rossi, 26, who was engaged to Sheen for eight months in 2014, filed a lawsuit last week seeking unspecified damages from the “Two and a Half Men” actor for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress after his bombshell HIV announcement, one day after he failed to pay her more than $ 1 million they had reportedly agreed upon prior to his November “Today” show interview.
Sheen’s camp alleged in its Monday response that Rossi “was threatening to disclose Sheen’s medical condition unless she got paid millions of dollars,” and had since agreed to settle her disputes with Sheen through arbitration.
Rossi, whose real name is Scottine Ross, clarified during a Fox News interview Friday that her complaint wasn’t spurred by the abortion or by Sheen’s diagnosis, but by “the abuse he inflicted on to me for a year of my life and even afterwards, emotional and physical.”
“I am terrified of Charlie,” she said. “Because of him, I’ve lost my dignity … I’ve had to go through months and months and months of therapy. I have nightmares.”
