The man who bum-rushed the stage during one of Britney Spears’ Las Vegas shows in August has a trial date set for Jan. 18 on charges of battery and disorderly conduct, TMZ reports.
Jesse Webb, had jumped on stage while Spears was initially unaware what was happening behind her, even asking the crowd: “You guys having fun?”
She then feared the worst and started asking questions to her security team like “what’s going on?” and nervously stuttering “he has a gun?”
