Amazon Studios head Roy Price has resigned in the wake of sexual harassment claims, an Amazon source told the Daily News.
Price was suspended from the company five days ago following an accusation from an executive producer that Price sexually harassed her during San Diego Comic-Con in 2015.
Isa Hackett, an EP on Amazon’s “Man in the High Castle,” told the Hollywood Reporter that Price, 51, propositioned her in a taxi, telling her that she would “love (his) d–k.”
Hackett says that despite her insistence that she was not interested, he kept at, and loudly yelled, “Anal sex” in her ear while they were at an Amazon party later in the night.

The producer, 50, alleges that she promptly reported the incident to Amazon executives, who brought in an outside investigator, but that she never heard further.
After news of Price’s resignation, Hackett, daughter of author Philip K. Dick, said she was “pleased” about the move.
“An important conversation has begun about the need to create a culture in our industry, which values respect and decency and rejects the abusive power and dehumanizing treatment of others,” she said in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
“This is a real opportunity to find a better way forward and ultimately toward a balanced representation of women and minorities in leadership positions.”
Price’s fiancée, Lila Feinberg, called off their November wedding on Sunday.
The allegation against Price come on the heels of damning accusations of sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape against Harvey Weinstein brought forth by more than two dozen women, including Lena Headey, Gwyneth Paltrow and Rose McGowan.
The ex-studio head was likely the subject of a series of tweets from McGowan published on Thursday.
The actress, who claimed that Harvey Weinstein raped her, tweeted at Amazon owner Jeff Bezos alleging that she had informed his unnamed studio head, likely referring to Price, of Weinstein’s misconduct.
“I told the head of your studio that HW raped me. Over & over I said it. He said it hadn’t been proven. I said I was the proof,” she wrote.

McGowan also claimed that she had sold a script to Amazon and had a project in development when she got wind of a “Weinstein bailout.”
“I forcefully begged studio head to do the right thing,” she wrote. “I was ignored. Deal was done. Amazon won a dirty Oscar.”
The “Scream” actress didn’t specify which Amazon-backed Oscar-winner she was referring to, but “Manchester By the Sea” star Casey Affleck won Best Actor in 2017.
