Adele is greeting fans with a live TV performance of her blockbuster new single.
The pop star performed her new single “Hello” for the first time on the UK special “Adele at the BBC.”
The appearance marks her first time singing on the small screen since 2013, when she performed “Skyfall” at the Academy Awards.
A preview of the clip was released Friday, and showed the Grammy winner delivering an emotional performance of “Hello.”
The single has been a huge hit with music fans: Not only did the single debut at the top of the Billboard charts, it also was the first song to sell 1 million downloads in one week.
Adele’s BBC special will debut Nov. 20, the same day “25,” her first album in four years, comes out.
The TV appearance is just the first of many live performances fans can look forward to in the coming weeks.
Adele will be the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live” on Nov. 21, her first time returning to the “SNL” stage since 2008.
In addition, the 27-year-old is set to appear on “Today” on Nov. 25 and is headlining the NBC concert special, “Adele Live in New York City,” airing in December.
