‘Watch’ out!

Zendaya Coleman has been named as Covergirl’s new ambassador.

The 19-year-old singer announced the exciting news via her Instagram account Thursday.

“Meet your newest, easy…breezy beautiful…COVERGIRL Follow @covergirl for more,” she wrote.

“Hot [email protected] is joining the COVERGIRL family! She’s a quadruple threat (singer, dancer, actress, style & beauty icon) and total girl boss.”

The starlet is more than just a pretty face, having advocated for many causes in her time in the spotlight.

In October, the singer publicly shamed Modeliste Magazine for retouching photos from her cover-shoot.

“These are the things that make women self-conscious, that create the unrealistic ideals of beauty that we have. Anyone who knows who I am knows I stand for honest and pure self-love,” the singer posted on her Instagram account.

The magazine pulled the November issue following the furor and issued the Disney alum a public apology.

And in February 2015, the actress and singer spoke out against E!’s Giuliana Rancic for racially insensitive comments the Fashion Police presenter made about her dreadlocks.

“To say that an 18-year-old young woman with looks must smell of patchouli oil or ‘weed’ is not only a large stereotype but outrageously offensive,” Zendaya wrote on her Instagram account.

The new ambassador is excited to join the list of inspiring spokeswomen who have represented the cosmetic brand.

“Covergirl celebrates powerful, beautiful, and strong women of different races and ethnicities. It’s inspiring,” the starlet told Teen Vogue.

“I’m thrilled to be part of the diversity and expansion of beauty,” she said.
