Two alums of “The Daily Show” — Stephen Colbert and Samantha Bee — teamed up for a nearly two-hour conversation at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center to raise money for the Montclair Film Festival, which was founded by Colbert’s wife, Evelyn.
Not surprisingly, the late-night talk show hosts discussed sexual harassment, with Bee exclaiming about Matt Lauer: “The button under his desk? I wish I had a button under my desk and sexual harassers would just slide into a pit of crocodiles. And we would not have to see them anymore.”
“The Late Show” host Colbert said he was surprised when Louis C.K. admitted to masturbating in front of women and was even shocked by rape allegations against Bill Cosby which prompted Bee to retort, “I knew about Cosby in Canada!”

Bee, of TBS’ “Full Frontal,” also had the audience laughing when she proclaimed: “I’ll tell you one thing. There’s a million f—ing percent guarantee that I’ve never shown my d–k to anyone in my office! . . . The easiest thing I’ve done all day is not masturbate on this stage in front of all of you. Effortless.”
The duo also fielded questions from excited fans, pausing only for Colbert to make Bee a margarita on stage.
