Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancée wants justice for what she calls an abusive nightmare of a relationship.
Porn star Brett Rossi, who this week filed a complaint against the “Two and a Half Men” star for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress after his bombshell HIV announcement, said during a teary Fox News interview Friday that the Hollywood hellion had etched lasting scars.
“I am terrified of Charlie,” Rossi said. “Because of him, I’ve lost my dignity. I’ve had to completely find myself again. I’ve had to go through months and months and months of therapy. I have nightmares.”
Rossi, who was engaged to Sheen for eight months in 2014, alleged in her lawsuit that the embattled actor bullied her into getting an abortion because of his HIV status and had unprotected sex with her before revealing his diagnosis, according to documents obtained by People magazine.
But the 26-year-old clarified Friday that her complaint wasn’t spurred by the abortion or Sheen’s diagnosis, but by “the abuse he inflicted on to me for a year of my life and even afterwards, emotional and physical.”
The alleged abuse, Rossi said, included a cruel text message after she attempted suicide by overdose after their breakup — taunting, “Funny how an ex-nursing student couldn’t calculate the appropriate dosage with a vintage drug such as Valium to successfully kill herself.”
“That is what he said, and it is burned in my mind,” she said.
The actress’ lawsuit also accused Sheen of rage-filled outbursts, kicking, choking and “violent” sex, People reports.
Now Rossi wants to “sacrifice” herself to empower other victims of domestic abuse.
“For a year it’s been eating me inside, staying quiet and being scared of him,” she told Fox News.
“This is my chance to have a voice for not only every woman he has hurt … but for every woman that’s been abused and felt like they couldn’t have a voice because they were with some A-list celebrity.”
Rossi met Sheen in November 2013 when he paid her $ 10,000 for sex, and the pair carried on a sexual relationship for months before she stumbled across his HIV medication.
Despite the revelation of his illness, Rossi said she stuck with the actor because he promised her love, marriage and a family.
The adult film star, whose real name is Scottine Ross, is the latest in a parade of Sheen’s former lovers to take legal action following his HIV revelation during a “Today” show interview last month.
The “Wall Street” actor “intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross,” his lawyer told Fox News in a statement.
“We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her,” the lawyer said.
