Brett Rossi (right) is reportedly suing Charlie Sheen (left), claiming the actor bullied her into getting an abortion since he is HIV positive.
Charlie Sheen is now facing even more legal trouble.
The “Two and a Half Men” star has been hit by a lawsuit from a former fiancé who claims the actor bullied her into getting an abortion due to his HIV diagnosis, TMZ is reporting.
Porn star Brett Rossi, who was engaged to Sheen for eight months in 2014, alleges Sheen told her he didn’t want her “to give birth to a retarded child” and threatened to leave her if she didn’t comply, according to the gossip site.
The 26-year-old Rossi got pregnant in March 2014 and ended up getting the abortion shortly under pressure from Sheen, the suit alleges.
She also claimed that she had unprotected sex with the “Major League” actor at least five times before she learned of his HIV status, though they continued to have sex without protection even after she became aware of his health status.
Rossi’s lawsuit was filled with other shocking claims, including that Sheen was prone to violent outbursts and that he put a hit out on her previous husband, according to TMZ.
Rossi is reportedly seeking unspecified damages, as well as punitive damages, in her lawsuit.
Sheen and Rossi, whose real name is Scottine Ross, got engaged in February 2014, only to call off the marriage that October – one month before their scheduled wedding.
Rossi (left) also claimed Sheen (right) was prone to violent outbursts during their time together, according to TMZ.
The “Anger Management” star said their separation was mutual through a statement by his rep at the time.
“Scotty and I had a great year together as we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list,” Sheen said in that statement to the Daily News. “She’s a terrific gal-but we’ve mutually decided to go our separate ways and not spend the rest of our lives together.”
This is the latest lawsuit against Sheen since he announced he was HIV positive to the world on the “Today” show last month. Shortly after he made the reveal, a cast of unidentified women lined up with claims that Sheen didn’t warn them about his status before engaging in sex with them, a Beverly Hills lawyer told the News.
