Rob Kardashian arrives at the Mirage Hotel & Casino for a Memorial Day weekend celebration in Las Vegas in this 2013 file photo.
Famously reclusive Rob Kardashian has gone back into hiding in the wake of his bad health news.
The 28-year-old reality star — who was reportedly rushed to a hospital last weekend and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and a life-threatening diabetic complication — has retreated back into seclusion, according to People.
“Even after his medical scare, Rob acts like he wants nothing to do with the world,” a source told the magazine. “He doesn’t respond to texts from people that are genuinely concerned and checking up on him.”
Momager Kris Jenner reportedly flew home from her St. Barts getaway with boyfriend Corey Gamble after her only son was hospitalized, but returned to the Caribbean sun Thursday.
Meanwhile, the radio-silent Kardashian, the youngest of Jenner and the late Robert Kardashian’s four children, has returned to living with his sister Khloe Kardashian.
The famous family plans to reconvene in Los Angeles after the holidays to formulate a new plan to support Kardashian, People reports.

“They are, of course, very concerned about Rob and have been for a long time,” the source said.
Kardashian, whose struggles with weight gain and depression have kept him out of the reality-show clan’s spotlight for years, fell ill last weekend, and his family rushed him to the hospital for testing, TMZ reported.
He was diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis, a serious diabetic condition caused by the body producing excess blood acids called ketones. If left untreated, he could have fallen into a diabetic coma.

Unsurprisingly, Kardashian has yet to publicly comment on the health scare — but his big sis cryptically posted a sad selfie soon after his hospitalization.
“Melancholy,” Khloe Kardashian captioned her brooding photo.
