NYC man accused in two-hour sex attack spree on two women, teen

A Queens man is facing sex assault charges for allegedly preying on two women and a teenage girl during a two-hour crime spree, police said Wednesday.

Keith Wiggins, 26, is accused of attacking a 29-year-old school bus matron, a 26-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl in East New York Tuesday.

Wiggins, who wore a sweatshirt, sweatpants and dirt-stained baby socks, slouched in a police minivan as he was transferred to court Wednesday.

His neighbors said they were shocked by the allegations. “It is out of character,” said Dylan Fakira, 25. “He dated one of my friends,” Farika said. “When he was dating her, he seemed fine. It is out of character.”
