A new accuser claims Bill Cosby drugged, bathed and raped her inside his Upper East Side brownstone in 1984.

The aspiring actress, identified only as Dottye at a press conference with lawyer Gloria Allred in New York Friday, said the assault took place after she agreed to meet the TV star for an audition.

Her allegations echoed similar stories from supermodel Beverly Johnson and actress Jewel Allison, who previously accused Cosby for drugging them inside his tony townhouse on East 61st.

Dottye said she was 30 years old and trying to break into show business when she accepted a drink from Cosby inside his residence and soon became “disoriented and sick.”

“I began to vomit all over myself and his rug,” she said. “I felt ashamed. Things got foggy thereafter but I do know he took my clothes off and put them in his washing machine. Somehow I ended up on the third floor in the bathroom as Cosby washed me,” she said.

She had only foggy memories of the shower and walking back down to the second floor in a strange robe, she said.

She recalled seeing a half bathroom and some type of chest to the left of the door.

“He leaned me against the chest, raised the robe, and raped me,” she said.

He later took her to his family’s dining room, laid her on the floor and continued his assault, she said.

“I couldn’t understand why I could not, did not, fight him off. I could not believe what was happening to me,” she said Friday.

“I went home ashamed, hating myself for ‘letting him have his way’. I thought he was wrong, but at that time I thought so was I,” she said.

Donna Barrett (l.) showed an undated photo of her with comedian Bill Cosby during a press conference.

Dottye said Cosby called her the next day for phone sex, but she declined. When he invited her to a taping of “The Cosby Show,” she accepted for professional reasons but silently vowed she would keep a safe distance from the star, she said.

The visit turned into an informal apprenticeship on the show, and she even received a personalized jacket designed for cast and crew, she said.

Dottye displayed the jacket with its sky-blue piping and her embroidered name during the press conference Friday.

“I so much wanted to burn it, but am glad I didn’t. It is a statement that I was there. I am not lying,” she said.

Also at the press conference was Donna Barrett, a woman who told a disturbing story about Cosby pawing at her in public in 2004.

Barrett said she was officiating a track meet at the University of Pennsylvania and was shocked when the “Fat Albert” star ambushed her from behind and put a “vice-like grip” on her waist.

“Hey, back that thing up here girl, back it on up!” Cosby demanded, according to Barrett.

She recalled feeling Cosby’s private parts against her backside and her anger welling inside.

Barrett produced a photo from the track event that depicted Cosby grabbing her.

“He had me locked down against his body without my consent or desire,” she said.

Allred applauded the women for stepping forward Friday, calling them “courageous and empowered.”

They joined more than 50 other women who also have accused Cosby of physical assaults, running the gamut from doping to groping to rape.

Cosby, 78, has never been charged with anything by police, and almost all of the allegations against him are too old to criminally prosecute.

Still, he’s fending off lawsuits from at least seven accusers filed in civil court over the last year. The complaints allege sexual battery or defamation.

Allred said Friday that she has more accusers poised to tell their stories too.

“This is not the end. Only Mr. Cosby knows the true number (of victims),” she said.

Attempts to reach Cosby’s new civil lawyer Christopher Tayback were not immediately successful Friday.
