Police reunited a Mexican model with her family one week after they reported her missing, cops said.

A tipster spotted Geraldine Mendez, 20, at a hospital around 3 a.m. Sunday — a week after she mysteriously vanished from her Brooklyn apartment, according to police.

The hospital was performing a psychological evaluation on Mendez. Police did not disclose the hospital where Mendez is currently staying, or where they found her.

Until the hospital sighting, Mendez’s last known whereabouts were her Lefferts Gardens apartment. Her mother said she left to go for a walk through Prospect Park around 5 p.m. last Sunday.

Her worried father traveled to Brooklyn on Friday to file a missing persons report.

Mendez moved to the city in August in hopes of launching her modeling career.
