The ratings for “Kocktails with Khloe” — the latest mishmash of a television show foisted upon viewers by the Kardashian clan — has lost nearly half its audience so far.
About 238,000 viewers tuned in for the latest edition of the bizzaro Khloe Kardashian-hosted talk show, according to Nielsen.
That’s a fraction of the whopping 496,000 who tuned in for the show’s Jan. 20 premiere on the FYI network.
And while the network was crowing about the achievement, citing it as a record-shattering audience for the fledgling network, the truth is that number was actually calculated by combining the audience for many different airings of the same episode.
The true audience for the premiere was actually 347,000 viewers.
And while that makes the show’s precipitously shrinking audience more palatable for network execs, it clearly demonstrates that Khloe’s new gig was more of a kuriosity for many viewers than anything else.
