Where is the love?
Fergie and Josh Duhamel have split after eight years of marriage.
The “Big Girls Don’t Cry” singer, 42, and her “Transformers” actor husband, 44, released a joint statement to the Daily News Thursday explaining that they decided to part ways earlier this year, but opted to keep the news private to help their family “adjust.”
“With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year,” the statement read. “We are and always will be united in our support of each other and our family.”
The pair married in 2009, and welcomed son Axl Jack in 2013.
Duhamel has been absent from the Black Eyed Peas singer’s social media feeds for several months, and vice versa.
Fergie’s last post featuring Duhamel came in January, when she shared a family photo on the beach, captioned “My boyz r hanging loose, while im rock n rollin.”
One day prior, she posted a sweet photo of her cuddling up to Duhamel in celebration of their eighth wedding anniversary.
Just last week, Fergie — who is gearing up to release her second solo album — addressed rumors of a second pregnancy.
“I have no idea what’s in the future. Right now, I just turned all my videos in yesterday to everybody,” she told 103.5 KTU. “It’s like I’m birthing a different kind of baby. I feel like I’m birthing this thing out. It didn’t come from my belly but it came from my soul.”
Fergie and Duhamel met in 2004 when her band dropped by the set of his show “Las Vegas.”
Ever the charmer, Duhamel revealed in 2014 that his first words to his future wife were “You’re hot.”
“It sounds corny when you say it, but I think she knew I was sort of saying it tongue-in-cheek because she had already known that I had a little bit of a crush on her while she was there, and it was sort of a way of saying something she already knew,” he said.
