The 24-year-old Russian beauty supposedly choked by “Luv Guv” Eliot Spitzer accused another man of assaulting her in a 2013 lawsuit, court records indicate.

Svetlana Travis sought unspecified damages from defendant Ernest Atayan over the May 19, 2013, attack that followed a birthday party for one of her friends, according to a lawsuit filed five months later.

Atayan, of Rahway, N.J., supposedly overstayed his welcome at the Brooklyn apartment of a Travis pal — and ignored a demand that he depart around 3 a.m., the suit charged.

Atayan then told Travis “not to tell him what to do … grabbed (Travis) by the neck, and hit her head on the countertop,” the suit continued. “As a result, (Travis) fell down and defendant kicked her in her butt.”

Atayan fled the scene before the cops arrived, according to the six-page filing. He declined to say anything about what happened that night or about his accuser.

It was unclear how the lawsuit was resolved, and Atayan’s lawyer did not immediately return a call for comment on the case.

The fresh-faced Travis was inside a $ 1,000-a-night room at The Plaza hotel with hooker-happy Spitzer on Saturday night when the cops were called.

Sources said the 56-year-old divorced man choked Travis inside the posh hotel overlooking Central Park.

No charges were brought in the case, and Spitzer’s attorney issued a statement insisting he was guilty of nothing more than visiting a friend — one who was less than half his age.

Sources told The News that Spitzer became enraged when Travis announced that she was leaving the U.S. for her native Russia. And the blonde bombshell indeed flew out on Sunday morning.

Travis, in an email exchange with The News, said her former roommate — a Spitzer pal — had introduced her to the one-time politician.

A lawyer for Spitzer acknowledged the pair knew one another, and the “Luv Guv” was in the room at the Plaza on Saturday night.

Spitzer’s run as governor of New York ended in March 2008, after authorities revealed the married father of three daughters was hiring high-priced call girls — including one at a cost of $ 4,000 a night.
