A powerful explosion rocked a house in the Bronx Tuesday morning, injuring a firefighter and four cops.

Emergency responders were called to the home on W. 234th St. near Irwin Ave. for a gas leak at 6:22 a.m., officials said. After they arrived, the house exploded, collapsing its roof and sending smoke billowing over the neighborhood.

A drug lab in the home may have sparked the explosion, police sources said.

More than 100 firefighters responded to the blast.
