An 82-year-old grandmother was found beaten to death and bound to a chair in her East Village apartment Friday — and cops suspect her own grandson killed her.

Police found Ella-Nae Biaz bludgeoned to death inside the Lillian Wald Houses on E. 4th St. right off the FDR Drive at about 5:30 p.m.

Her wrists and ankles were bound with duct tape to a chair, police said.

Another relative, a 39-year-old woman, had also been bound with tape, but managed to free herself and call 911, cops said.
