A car thief swiped an SUV with a 3-month-old boy inside outside a Staten Island Dunkin’ Donuts Saturday — and took the tot on a 20-minute joyride to Brooklyn, where he abandoned the vehicle, officials said.

The crook stole the Ford Edge with the baby inside from a parking lot on Richmond Ave. and Richmond Hill Road in New Springville about 10:15 a.m. and took it over the Verrazano Bridge to Brooklyn, police said.

Cops found the car abandoned on 54th St. near Third Ave.

The child was inside his baby seat unharmed, officials said. The mom was brought to the corner to be reunited with the baby, who will be taken to a local hospital as a precaution.

The thief ran off and is still being sought.
