Bryan Singer allegedly raped and forced oral sex on a then-17-year-old in 2003.
Cesar Sanchez-Guzman filed a lawsuit against Singer, claiming that the director sexually assaulted him during a tour of a yacht owned by tech investor Lester Waters, according to TMZ.
Sanchez-Guzman claims Singer “pulled out his penis, smacked (him) in the face with it and forced it into (his) mouth,” causing the young man to choke.
Singer then allegedly raped Sanchez-Guzman, who claims the producer later offered to help him professionally in exchange for his silence, according to the lawsuit.
The “X-Men” director has been sued several times for misconduct with underage boys.
In 1997, a 14-year-old “Apt Pupil” claimed Singer forced him and other minors to strip naked for a scene. The case was thrown out.
Stars accused of sexual harassment and assault
In April 2014, Michael Egan claimed Singer raped him in 1999, when he was a teenager, and forced him to do cocaine. Egan later withdrew the lawsuit.
In August 2014, another man filed a police report with the NYPD, accusing Singer of sexual assault in March 2013.
The lawsuit comes just days after Singer was fired from directing the Freddie Mercury biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody” after vanishing from set.
He claimed he was taking care of a sick parent.
A rep for Singer did not immediately return a request for comment.
