Beverly Hills police are now looking into allegations against both Harvey Weinstein and James Toback.
Police told the Daily News late Tuesday that the department has received complaints against the producer and the filmmaker and has opened investigations into both men.
Weinstein, who has been accused of sexual harassment and assault by almost 100 women, is already under investigation by NYPD and LAPD.
Scotland Yard is investigating 11 alleged assaults, police said in a statement obtained by The News.
In a blanket statement, Weinstein has denied all accusations of non-consensual sex.
Beverly Hills police did not specify which allegations they were investigating, but several women, including Ashley Judd and Dominique Huett, claim Weinstein assaulted them at the Peninsula hotel in the area.

Toback faces allegations from more than 300 women.
He has denied all allegations, specifically calling out his accusers who said he offered them roles in exchange.
“The idea that I would offer a part to anyone for any other reason than that he or she was gonna be the best of anyone I could find is so disgusting to me. And anyone who says it is a lying c–ksucker or c— or both. Can I be any clearer in that?” Toback told Rolling Stone.
“These are people I don’t know, and it’s things I never would have done. And it’s just not worth talking about. It’s idiotic.”
